Venez admirer les artistes venus du monde entier peindre au pays de Claude Monet, 100 artistes repr\u00e9sentant 8 pays sont inscrits.<\/h1>\n

Cet \u00e9v\u00e8nement est plac\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois sous le patronage de l\u2019UNESCO.<\/p>\n

Principe & Conditions de participation : <\/span><\/strong>les artistes r\u00e9alisent une \u0153uvre de 1 m\u00e8tre x 1 m\u00e8tre, en plein air, repr\u00e9sentant le patrimoine architectural, les paysages ou la vie de la commune.
\n3 cat\u00e9gories d\u2019artistes :<\/span> <\/strong>professionnel, artiste amateur et jeune artiste. Format impos\u00e9 : 1 m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9 minimum, le support vierge doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9alablement tamponn\u00e9
\npar les organisateurs. Toutes les techniques de peinture sont admises. Chaque participant obtiendra un acc\u00e8s gratuit \u00e0 la Fondation Claude Monet ainsi que pour le Ch\u00e2teau de Bizy avec la possibilit\u00e9 de billets coupe – file au tarif groupe pour les accompagnants.<\/p>\n

Exposition et remise des prix : Exposition des \u0153uvres sur la place du Moulin de Fourges le dimanche 21 juin de 16 h \u00e0 18 h.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Venez choisir et voter pour votre toile pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e !<\/span><\/strong>
\n3 prix du public seront \u00e0 attribuer. Une dizaine de prix des partenaires seront d\u00e9cern\u00e9s par un jury international.<\/p>\n

Tourisme :<\/span><\/strong> Visites du village de Fourges et observation des lieux peints par les artistes \u00e0 bord du petit train Givernon. Visites de l\u2019\u00e9glise St Pierre du XIIe si\u00e8cle samedi 20 et le dimanche 21 juin \u00e0 15 heures.<\/p>\n

International outdoor painting competition<\/h1>\n

This event is a way to walk on the footsteps of Claude Monet and other impressionnist artists who enjoyed painting in Normandy.<\/h3>\n

This outdoor painting competition, under patronage of UNESCO, is organized by the French Association \u00abCultural Crossroads\u00bb (Festival Cultures Crois\u00e9es<\/span><\/strong>) in the
\nvillage of Fourges, based in Normandy, France (70 km from Paris). The group \u00abLes Escales\u00bb which count many beautiful hotels on the Seine river and many other
\npartners offer different prizes.<\/p>\n

There are already 100 artists participants from 8 countries ! <\/span><\/strong>Minimum canvas dimensions are 1x1m (40×40 inch). The painting can be done in any technique.<\/h3>\n

The participants will compete in three categories: Professional, Amateur and Young Artists. During the time of competition all participants receive a free entrance to the Claude Monet\u2019s Home in Giverny.<\/p>\n

Come as a visitor during three days from June 19 (2 PM to 6 PM) to Sunday June 21 (10 AM – 6 PM).<\/h3>\n

Take your seat in the little train and go to discover these authentic village and countryside and to observe this competition. Feel free to purchase your favorite art piece freshly painted directly from artists of the entire world. <\/span><\/strong>We also organize free visits to Fourges\u2019s church on Saturday and Sunday at 3 pm.<\/p>\n

Exhibition and awards ceremony :<\/span> Sunday June 21 during 4PM-6PM. In front of famous water mill of Fourges. Come to choose and vote for your favorite painting. <\/strong><\/p>\n
