“Cross Cultures Festival” Association – AFCC – has organised the 8th International Outdoor Painting Festival “In the birthplace of Impressionism” in Les Andelys, Normandy France from August 27 to August 30, 2025. This city on the Seine River is a very nice birthplace of Impressionisme where artist can paint outdoors in a few famous spots, such as the remarquable Gaillard Castle, Seine River, Nicolas Poussin Museum as well as Giverny Village with Claude-Monet’s Estate and water lilies garden.
Next Festival in Les Andelys will take place in 2027
but before 2027 we are working on a new place for 2026.
